Creative Photography

My interest in photography has led to that I have started the sale of camera accessories. An activity with the aim of helping others to be able to get good, funny and nice accessories for her photography for a reasonable cost. I sell products from known and unknown manufacturer of camera accessories that are not tied to any particular camera brand. My goal is that the accessories are affordable, trustworthy and reliable.

Creative Photography I take care on evenings and weekends, at times outside normal business hours.

I f-holding taxes and, of course, is VAT registered.

A little history of quick

• 1986, starting a company to develop software for the PC, Jorgen Hübner Technology & DATA.
• 2007, begins to sell my photographs and focuses on photography assignments, while they start the sale of camera accessories. The company changes its name to Jorgen Hübner Creative Photography.

Prices

Kreativ Fotografi leaves no guarantee against price changes, incorrect pricing or products that may be out of stock. If the price is obviously incorrect Kreativ Fotografi has the right to termninate the purchasel and reimburse the customer. This can be done during any stage of the purchase. The customer will be informed about the reason for the termination.

Application

These Terms Of Sale do not apply if they are superseeded by Swedish or other applicable law that is in conflict with these terms.

Purchase

Customers under the age of 18 must have the approval of their guardians before the purchase. A purchase that is done in some other persons name without his or hers permission or in any other way causes KreativFotografi damage, will be reported to the Police. Kreativ Fotografi is not responsible for printing errors, errounous information or incorrect specifications in any of the Kreativ Fotografi´s products. Pictures and illustrations are made with the best of intentions, but can not be guaranteed to reproduce the exact appearance and details of the products.

Payment

Card payment

Kreativ Fotografi uses CertiTrades payment processor, which makes it possible to pay with Visa, MasterCard, Diners and American Express.

The Terms Of Sale are in effect as soon as the card payment has been certified. No extra fees are charged for card payment.

Prepayed purchase

The purchased products are delivered as soon as the payment clears. This is normally done 1-2 working days from the time the payment has been cleared. If there are problems with the delivery the customer will be notified by e-mail. If payment hasn´t been cleared within 7 working days the the purchase is cancelled.

International payment

For international payment please use the following account:

Shipping

Specially ordered products

Products that have been specially ordered or prepared for a customer are not possible to cancel. The right to cancel the order is rewoked.

Cost of shipment

In Sweden

Kreativ Fotografi offers has free shipping inside Sweden, cheapest shipping method, nomally priority mail. If you want registred mail 53:00 sek adds to the shipping cost.

Shipping Denmark, Finland, Åland

The order has Swedish VAT (25%) included.
50:00 sek for prioritymail up to 2 kg.
300:00 sek for post package over 2 kg.

Shipping Norway

The order has Swedish VAT (25%) excluded.

400:00 sek for post package over 2 kg.

Restriction of ownership

All goods are the property of Kreativ Fotografi until payed in full.

Minimum order value

The total order value has to exceed 100:00 sek.

Return policy

As a private individual customer You have 14 days, after You have received the order, to return Your purchase. The goods are to be returned in unused condition together with original packaging.

Goods that are of consumption character, like batteries, that cannot be restored to unused condition are not included in the rigth to return goods.

Contact Kreativ Fotografi before returning a product. It is the cutomers responsibilliity to make sure that the product arrives at Kreativ Fotografi intact. Make sure to pack the product well. The returned product has to be checked by Kreativ Fotografi.

Kreativ Fotografi charges a handling fee, 5 % of the price including shipping, for all returns.

For an approved return the price of the goods with reduction for freight and handling fee 5 % will be refunded. The handling fee will be limited to 200:00 sek. Refunds will be processed as swiftly as possible, at the latest 30 days after receipt of the return.

If the return doesn´t get approved the goods are returned to the customer, shippiing costs and handling fee is charged.

Complaint

If there should be any problems with a product You should contact Kreativ Fotografi as soon as possible after the problem has been detected. This is preferably done by e-mail. If You haven´t received any answer within 2 working days please contact Kreativ Fotografi by phone.

If Kreativ Fotografi consider it to be a valid complaint, the product shall be sent to Kreativ Fotografi for examination and repair or exchange. It is the customers responsibility to make sure that the product arrives intact. The customer shall pay for the shipping to Kreativ Fotografi.

If the product after examination shows to be without faults Kreativ Fotografi wiill charge return freight together with an examination fee of 200:00 sek.

Transport damaged goods

If a product from Kreativ Fotografi is damaged in transport, regardless if the damage is visible or hidden, this shall be reported immediately to the shipper, at the latest within 7 days.

Rejected shipment

For shipments that are rejected by the customer and that are returned because the customer hasn´t picked up the order, will be charged a fee 300:00 that will be used to cover Kreativ Fotografi costs.

Liability

Kreativ Fotografi liability for faults in the delivery is limited to the current term of sale. Kreativ Fotografi has no direct or indirect liability for, but not limited to, incompatibility, delays in delivery, down time, loss of data, extra work or any other economical damage.

Force majeure

Incidents like natural catastrophe, strike, lockout, government resolution, cancelled deliveries from subcontractors, rise in costs an similar incidents that are aout of Kreativ Fotografi control. and that could not have been rasonably foreseen, shall be handled force majeure, which means that Kreativ Fotografi released from its obligation to fullfill signed agreements.

Miscellaneous

Kreativ Fotografi reserves the right to change all information, inkcusive but not limited to prices, technical specifications and product offers, without any announcement. If the product is out of stock at the given price or the product is no longer in stock Kreativ Fotografi has the right to heave the purchase and refund payed amounts in the best way. Kreativ Fotografi shall also notify the customer if there is a compatible or replacement product available.

Customer data

Kreativ Fotografi saves only data that are necessary for accepting orders and delivering goods from Kreativ Fotografi. Customer data are not sold or passed on to any third party.

Your integrity and privacy is important to Kreativ Fotografi and will not be jeopardized.

• What happens if I select Cancel  ?
  If You select Cancel after a succesful payment, the payment message is not sent back to Kreativ Fotografi website and Your order will not be marked as paid. Your purchased products are also still in the shopping cart. Do not try to make another payment, contact Kreativ Fotografi and you will be helped to complete the purchase.
